Summary: It works, but the software is bad, which isn't uncommon for ASUS software and drivers really. This actually caused a monitor on a XP machine to toggle on and off a few times when waking from sleep/suspend. Another system I put it on had all sorts of problems as well until I removed it. Yes, it's on sale for $6 or whatever, but keep shopping around. P.S. Dear Asus....improve.
Summary: I use this primarily to connect my laptop to my bluetooth speakers, and occasionally my bluetooth headset for Skype. While it works great at first, if it goes a while without having any data transfer (like leaving your music paused for a few minutes), then when you try to start it up again, it does all kinds of weird things.
Summary: I love ASUS every PC I build features their Mother Boards, I have their highest end Wiresless Router, and stand by their products. However this thing made me want to break something. I am pretty tech savy but this things refused to sync with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I figured with a new OS the drivers would be found by Windows and installed...that was not the case.
Does not work on WIN 7 or Vista. Does work natively on Linux - with Jambox

Summary: I bought two units. Went by the Asus brand reputation. I want to play audio on my Jambox from my pc. I went to Asus Web Site and downloaded the most recent drivers/utility. I've been trying to get support from the Asus site and online but can't seem to get it to work. On Vista - pairing works fine. However as soon as audio is attempted, the first few tones play then the connection drops. Then reconnects. Then nothing plays. Vista sound device test does not play.
Summary: Listening to music from my cell phone several feet away, the signal comes and goes. Sometimes fair reproduction of the music, other times, it's distored or none at all. Very poor repoduction of the audio spectrum. I bought this device with the understanding I would receive a $5.00 rebate.
Summary: Just got opened the package around an hour ago and there is nothing inside but the dongle. I downloaded the driver and manual from the ASUS website. The manual says it's supposed to come with the manual and a cd with a software suite. I have been trying to get it to work with the driver I installed from the website and I just can't.
Summary: I was looking for a bluetooth adapter for my desktop and found this one. I brought it home and the thing would not install on my windows 8 computer so it's useless to me I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on it.
