Summary: I followed the directions and I get "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" On a clean machine probably works great. So read some reviews for other devices. This dongle isn't stable ..
Summary: 64x Win 7 Pro, constant disconnect/reconnect then your bluetooth device ... stops working? Factory reset headset to get it working again. Basically headset connects properly to all other bluetooth device except this dongle.

Summary: I even called the computer tech who told me I would be better off just buying another that it may in fact be a bad one. So I haven't decided to let Amazon pick another for me yet since they sent me a non working one. Just disappointed. I think this is the firsts time Amazon has totally has let me down.
Summary: As an IT professional, I am pretty good at making computer things work. I did manage to finally get this thing to sort of work, after about an hour of fussing with it. I say sort of work because when I did finally get sound to come out of my BT headset, it was choppy at best, and about 2 seconds behind the people talking at best! I thought it was because I also had a BT mouse and keyboard so I removed those from the system, but nope, wasn't the problem.
Summary: I can confirm along with the other reviews about pulsating every second audio. It's not a matter of being too far from the dongle. The audio cuts in and outs like a sine wave loud for one second, silent for the other, repeat. More details. Listening to a2dp audio on my PC after 10 minutes audio starts to pulsate. The only fixes to reinstall the headset under Bluetooth devices. It's a huge hassle. I wouldn't want this device even if it was free due to the hassle.
