Summary: Let me start by saying I only buy ASUS products when it is absolutely necessary. I've had extremely unpleasant experiences with them in the 10 years of building computers. This card though, works as advertised. It does not lose connection through 3 thick walls, 30ft away from my router.
Pros: It's a wireless PCI-E card, it works as advertised.
Summary: Very few people have a internet connection that would allow them to take advantage of 300mbps. I'm using this card with a larger and divorced antenna (because I had it), and have no complaints what so ever
Pros: well made, small, cheap, access point function
Summary: this was a last minute add on to my order and is mostly a backup plan for my computer should i ever have to move it away from my router however when testing to make sure it worked i had no problems connecting it to my router and the install on my mobo was effertless.
Summary: Since i have had this card i have not disconnected once! no lie. It has a great speed with my fibre optic running at 37MB/s according to the test I just ran. Awesome card for the price, reaches all around my house.
Summary: This is a really good wireless network card. I always get a full 5 bars of connection (around 144 Mbps with my ISP) and the driver is easy to install from the CD. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly cheap wireless network card.
Summary: Easy set up but terrible signal quality. My laptop sitting 12" away from this antenna picks up 12 WiFi points, this finds 2. Old card never had a problem but I lost the installation disc after an upgrade and could never find its drivers online so bought this as replacement. Even when it does connect to my network the speed is terrible (on 78meg fibre I was speed testing at no more than 3 and a 200ms ping!
