Summary: I purchased this Wine Cooler about 2 years ago. It worked fine for 2 years (although it was not "silent" as it claims to be), but it just now stopped working. I contacted the Customer Support at Wine Enthusiast and they did nothing for me (since there was no warranty).
Summary: So far, so good. Have had it for over a year and still running great. Filled it to capacity and set it to 52 degrees ... hasn't wavered since. Runs quiet too. Usually these refrigerators get a bit temperamental in years two and three so fingers crossed for this coming year.
Summary: This is a great cooler, I want to clarify two things I thought were misleading from other reviews. 1) Shelving: There is a lot of flexibility in shelving. If you put the shelves like the photo shows, it holds 28 standard bottles, but no champagne bottles or other wider then standard bottles.
Summary: Quiet unit, holds temperature without any fluctuation. Delivery was missed by over two weeks.The day the unit to be delivered I rec'd a call from the freight company saying "it missed the truck the day before and we won't be up in your area (Bozeman) for over two weeks.

Summary: After several years of fine functionality, the unit gave out. Company tells me it is the control board, which is hard to fix, as the unit is not compressor driven. Not sure if it's worth the $65 to fix this, but prior to this, we were extremely happy with cooling abilities and fairly low noise...

Summary: I bought Wine refrigerator unit (Capacity: Up to 235 bottles) in 2007 and since that it was broken twice and even though it's on 5 year warranty, WINE ENTHUSIAST refused to fix it for the second time it's broken and ask me to pay extra for the new unit to ship to me ( STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!!).
Summary: First this is misnamed as it isn't silent, it hums. I wouldn't call it annoying, but I wouldn't lie and call it silent either. Secondly, and more importantly the selves are too tight to fit the majority of the bottles of wine I own - apparently you need to specifically purchase bottles with smaller...
Summary: I purchased this wine cooler and it worked fine until about 2 weeks after the warranty expired. It is now a useless piece of junk that will cost more to repair that it is worth. Don't waste your money.
Summary: I used my AMEX points to buy this unit and was extremely disappointed when, after only 7 days of use, it developed a fatal error. The screen went black, and it began omitting a loud chirping noise. However, since I had discarded the packaging, I was SOL on getting it replaced.
