Summary: Ordered this unit to replace one we had received last week from Amazon that arrived badly dented and damaged in the back. The replacement unit we received today was also dented in the back. We are tired of messing with it and just decided to keep it since no one sees the back and it seems to be working well. I guess that's why we saved $51.00 off Home Depot retail. Nice unit other wise.
Summary: this is a replacement for another wine refrigerator that died after ~2 1/2 years. This two-zone Wine Ethusiast fridge has some good - and bad - reviews, but the price and features led me to go ahead and buy it. It arrived today - late - but in good shape with superior packaging. Suspiciously omitted from the owner's manual, packing slip, receipt and product information on Amazon.com is the length of the manufacturer's warranty.

Summary: This wine refrigerator arrived in lightening speed. Thank you Amazon!! I bought this item as a gift for my daughter and her husband. When they received it, it had the appearance of a refurbished refrigerator. The glass was not protected with film and therefore had some scratches. The upper door does not hang exactly level with the lower door. Other than the aesthetics, the refrigerator works and they are ecstatic about it!
Summary: 5/31/12: We absolutely love or should I say "loved" our Wine Enthusiast 24 Bottle Dual-Zone Wine Cooler Touchscreen Controls with Digital Display received as a gift in January. In April, the bottom compartment started to beep on and off with the temperature light and interior light flashing, periodically over the past month. Unfortunately, in May it started to beep non-stop and the temp control got VERY cold! Sounds like the same issue as the previous commenter.
Summary: I received this fridge as a gift. It's glitchy from the very start. The touch panel on the top would not register after 10 min of inactivity (but works again after unplugging and replugging). 3 months later, the bottom compartment started beeping every 5 seconds with the display and interior light flashing non-stop. pending a replacement. -- update: I called up Wine Enthusiast and they sent me a replacement. The replacement works like a charm.
