Summary: Never gets very cold for white wine. Temp varies (depends how cold or hot your house is). This is my 2nd one in 2.5 years so I today bought a Danby. At least the reviews say the temps get cold on that brand. We tried everything with our W.E. unit to keep the temp stable including putting the unit in a cold room, Keeping it 12 " from a wall, never in a cabinet.. the fridge just wont get above 59. And like I said, this was our 2nd one.
Summary: Like most customers that have posted, my unit also broke within months of purchase. Just before the 90 day mark, the refrigerator's temperature setting started behaving oddly. The temperature noted on the outside is about 15 degrees warmer than the actual temperature in the refrigerator. Setting the temperature to 65 degrees on the outside results in 50 degrees on the inside. Since I only buy red wine, this is a problem. I store red wine at 57 degrees.
Summary: Have had this up and running for about a month now. Keeps my wine at a perfect cellar temperature, even out here in Phoenix. The unit looks good and runs very quietly. It will fit 16 "standard" sized wine bottles with ease. I have some bottles that are longer (13 inches) that will not fit. I can set them in sideways on the bottom shelf. The only odd thing that happens is the LED interior light comes on by itself every now and then.
Summary: I bought this wine fridge in fall 2012. I think it lasted about 2.5 months before it started making a strange "help me, I'm dying" noise. And then it died. I returned it. I gave it 2 stars cuz twas quiet (for a lil while!) and looked nice. I was surprised because all the reviews were good. C'est la vino refrigeration!
Summary: We really like our Wine Enthusiast refrigerator since it is quiet and looks nice. It was easy to assemble the shelves and became cool fast. The front of the fridge is really sleek since the display is in line with the fridge front since the display is touch-based. I thought it would be a pain to clean since the fridge front is almost mirror-like, and I thought finger prints would show up each time we opened the fridge but it stays really clean and looks nice in our...
