Good Unit With One (Major?) Flaw

Summary: This wine cooler is our second of the Wine Enthusiast brand. The first one lasted about 8 years before it just died and for the price I thought that was a fair useful life in these days. We have ordered many items from Wine Enthusiast and they were all of the highest quality and serviceability.
Summary: While the functionality of this product is very good, it is not vertically aligned as pictured so I was disappointed to find out it didn't fit the space as I thought it would. Otherwise, it works beautifully.

Summary: I got this 12 Bottle Wine Enthusiast Wine Refrigerator as a wedding present 1 year and 6 months ago. I was so excited. Summary: Its difficult to have the set temperatures maintained. I find I have to make adjustments to the temperature settings almost every time I go to the wine chiller. There is of course the matter of how far apart the two temperatures can be set.
Summary: This thing is bigger than you might think--being just a 12 bottle unit. It is also heavy, so moving it around isn't easy. It is well packed but that makes the box bulky--hard to handle by yourself.
