Summary: I bought this from Skymall (not Amazon, not that it matters) about 3 years ago. The temps never came close to the settings since it was new, then recently one side kept beeping and was reporting a temp of 81 degrees. Don't really have a use for a wine heater. I pulled the back off to see if it was just clogged. I have a feeling it's one of the fancy cooling gizmos you can't replace. It's dead.
Summary: This is probably an excellent product. However, the shipper didn't even bother to use padding to ship it. It arrived just wrapped in a plastic cover. The box was all dented and had almost come untapped. As a result the door hing cover was broken. I returned it confident that it had probably suffered other damage to the working parts since it was not protected! Too bad it wasn't properly package, because I feel it was probably an excellent product.
Summary: I bought this through a third party (Tiffany's designer deals) and after a couple of months, the right side stopped working. I went right to the manufacturer (Wine Enthusiast) and paid $35 to have a replacement sent. After a few weeks the same thing happened. I asked Wine Enthusiast for a refund and they referred me to Tiffany's . By then my 90 day warranty had expired from Tiffany and I was unwilling to pay Wine Enthusiast another $35 for a new product.
Summary: Purchased one of these wine refrigerators on October 1st on 2012. It was shipped to us and we set it up, turned it on and it seemed to work fine. We went on vacation end of December and came home to find that zone 1 which was set to 56 degrees had gone up to 70 degrees and zone 2 which was set to 64 degrees was now at 68 degrees. Neither zone would go to the set level. Went on line to Amazon and their return policy was one month.
Broke in 6 months and Wine Enthusiast won't even talk

Summary: I bought this unit in early January. It arrived quickly and looks great. After six months the left side no longer cools. Two emails and one voice mail to Wine Enthusiast have gone completely unanswered. Save yourself the time and money. Buy a more expensive unit that will last longer, or if it breaks someone at the company will care!

Summary: I bought Wine refrigerator unit (Capacity: Up to 235 bottles) in 2007 and since that it was broken twice and even though it's on 5 year warranty, WINE ENTHUSIAST refused to fix it for the second time it's broken and ask me to pay extra for the new unit to ship to me ( STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!!). Never buy here again, share my terrible experience with everyone I know. Spent 5 days on the phone with customer service and promise that their GM will call me back..
Summary: This is my second Wine Enthusiast Silent refrigerator, but this one is a huge disappointment. My first is the 32-bottle version and it keeps the wine cool and is really silent. This one, conversely, has a couple of pretty noisy fans. I don't know how they call it silent. Also, it kicks out a lot of heat, which my larger version does not. Finally, good luck getting 12 bottles in here. I don't mean large champagne bottles or anything, just standard wine bottles.
