Summary: I bought two of these at Costco around three years ago. One still runs the other burned out a relay switch, which is a known issue with these according to the VinoTemp web site. When I mailed VinoTemp and asked for a new switch I was told that if the unit was "out of warranty" (one year) I would have to pay $72 for a new switch. That is 36% of the original price of the product. Just know if you buy one of these that they are unreliable.
Summary: probably 34 bottles of water - but not wine~ I don't know what wine bottles they have in there for this display pic, but five regular bottles of wine will not fit in a single row. As for the little area down below... I have to wonder what they were thinking? Yeah, it works for a couple of bottle of wine or champagne, but 4 bottles is awkward to say the least. So count this as a 26 bottle wine cooler...and five bottles of water.
Summary: Purchased this from Costco. It's a compressor based system so it's heavy. Brought it into the house, waited 36 hours (they suggest 24) to plug in and NADA, Nothing Niet, The control panel flashed, beeped and that was all she wrote. Now I have to haul the POS back to Costco. I can't believe that a company with Vino in their name can make a cooler too narrow to fit 5 of the larger variatel bottles across. Stupid Stupid Stupid.
Summary: Good thing I got this product as a present or I would have return it. It looks nice but does not fit 34 bottles as advertise, not much space. Almost 2 years it has broken down and the part they told me will cost $62 to replace. I explain to them what it is doing, making the "clicking" noise and they think it is a "relay overload" that is broken. Warranty is only 1 year for parts. My friend got it too and the same part break down within 1 year so it got replace for free.

Summary: Here are the details of my experience to all prospective Vinotemp customers. Timeline of events: 9/16/12 - A Vinotemp 15 bottle wine fridge as a wedding present off from our registry, purchased September 16 of 2012 arriving on the 20th. Early September of 2013 - When getting a bottle I realized that despite the display saying 58 degrees it was actually in the 30s in the fridge, which likely damaged the very expensive wine I had in the fridge.
