Stopped running after a year, the dual-zone never worked, shelves stick

Summary: My FIL bought this from Costco, the dual-zone never worked and he got frustrated and gave it to us. After about a year, it stopped working. In addition, the wood shelves do NOT easily slide out. Definitely not with three bottles on them but some don't slide well even when empty. I have to jimmy them up and down while trying to pull out.

Summary: In addition to all the other issues, this is why I won't buy from Vinotemp: "Vinotemp imposes a horrible, anti-consumer "non-disparagement clause" In 2007, I purchased a Vinotemp wine cooler. It is a large, costly, two-door appliance capable of maintaining hundreds of bottles of wine at an appropriate temperature for long-term cellaring. I have generally been pleased with the product since I bought it.
Summary: The 21 bottle I got looks a little different then this one, and so far very pleased with the performance. Fits perfectly where I placed it and it holds my whites on the top and reds on the bottom zone. Very quiet! unlike my refrigerator.
Summary: The unit has a nice feature of being able to store white and red wines at your selected temp. The size is very good and was perfect for the area we wanted to place it. And moreover, It's so cheap. I love it very much.
Summary: At first I thought the product was great. Yes, its not the highest end quality but for the price...I think we got it for $350 on sale...it worked great for 13 months. Just when the warranty expired, so did my VinoTemp. I called to get an estimate on repair and its going to be another $200. From other posts I've read, it looks like others have experienced the same thing so my suggestion is do not buy VinoTemp, gog with a Haier! That's what I'm doing.
Summary: Stay away from this company and their products. I bought this unit brand new just a couple of weeks ago and could not tap a keg because of a defective part. I was told that I would have to purchase the replacement part. I expressed my displeasure with their rep and that I would make sure to write a negative review and never purchase their products again and quite frankly, he could have cared less. So buyer beware when it comes to Vinotemp.
Summary: First, I did not purchase this unit through Amazon. The shelves are very difficult to slide in and out. Less than 2 years old and the unit stop working. Vinotemp has been no help and it is not worth repairing. I also had a 440 bottle Vinotemp unit and the Breezeair cooling unit stopped working twice in 3 years. I will not purchase another Vinotemp unit at any price!
Summary: I initially purchased this unit through Home Depot in late 2010. Two months later the unit failed but was replaced at no charge by Vinotemp. More recently I have had the bottom cooling unit fail. Now they want $47 plus shipping for a DIY replacement. I will probably dump the Vinotemp in favor of something with better quality. Overall bad experience.
Summary: Don't waste your money. I received the wine cellar damage, they changed it for a "new one" (took more than a month) and this one just worked for a week. I threw it away. And the customer service it's terribleee!!!!!!!!
