Superb winecooler

Likeke, AJ Madison
  • Summary: I bought this winecooler on recommendation from CR. it has top quality feel, smooth drawer slides, great capacity for its size, and the option to reverse the door which I needed. The only reservation I have about it is the temperature variation. The fridge will warm up to 61 degrees before coming on and cooling to its set temperature of 55.

Good Value, expect to unpack it yourself unless you pay for installation

Bill, Amazon
30 May 2014
  • Summary: Like many others, I did a great deal of research, and this unit seems a good value compared to all the other options. I have only had the unit for one day, so I can't comment on reliability at this point. All is as advertised and expected, with one small exception. The listing states "When your appliance is delivered it will be brought into your room of choice and all packing materials will be collected and removed, if you choose.

  • Excerpt: Great all around. Only thing I wish it did was allow me to set the temp lower than 45 degrees.

Wine cooler

John, electroluxappliances.com

  • Excerpt: Good looking and lighting attractive. Matches refrigerator. Shelves not space widely enough to acccomodate all 750 ml wine bottle shapes. Drawers can jam as a result. Good comments from friends.

Adequate - just don't expect luxury

MasonStorm, Amazon
4 February 2014
  • Summary: This unit was the top-rated by Consumer Reports and the only one I was willing to buy based on many online reviews. Serious wine aficionados need to be aware that this is only a refrigerator, not a half-height wine cabinet (i.e., it doesn't offer any humidity control). It works adequately for my needs, but there are some disappointing factors to be aware of: When it's running, it's considerably louder than my full-size refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, which surprised...

Love This Wine Refrigerator!

Nina Atwood "Author and The Singlescoach®", Amazon
19 January 2014
  • Summary: We've owned ours for over a year and absolutely love it. It is quiet, it is beautiful (especially when you turn on the interior lights), and it holds loads of wine. The only drawback is that it has only one temperature zone, but since we didn't feel the need to store red wine in a refrigerated unit, that worked fine for us. It fit perfectly under the granite countertop in the wet bar and was easy to set up.

Working well, big repair after 2 years

Jonathan S, Amazon
28 August 2013
  • Summary: This is a very nice wine fridge, looks great with stainless appliances. My only complaint is that we had to replace 2 parts (computer 'boards') just after its second birthday, which set us back over $300.
