Summary: One chamber broke within a few months and no longer cools at all. Customer service explained I would need to pay shipping both ways to have it repaired, which is too expensive for this heavy piece of junk to make it worthwhile. I am sure the other side will fail soon.

Summary: THE SECOND ONE OF THESE HAS NOW FAILED, AND NEITHER THE SELLER NOR EDGESTAR PROVIDES ANY HELP AT ALL. They just tell me to find a repairman, but the guys I called won't work on Edgestar. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE AGGRAVATION. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.
Summary: We love it. The whites on one side, the reds on the other. Pretty to see as well, especially with the blue light on. Super quiet. Never notice it is there. Holds the longer Riesling bottles, though they do touch the front glass. Easy to level. Easy to set controls for temps. Nice work, EdgeStar!
Summary: Bought it, plugged it in, added wine, and it seemed to cool fine for a couple of months. We unplugged it for about a week when it was empty. Plugged it back in, and it won't cool at all. Given the reviews, I'm guessing there will be a class action suit sooner or later.
Summary: JUNK! Purchased this cooler 3 years ago,(from another site). It ran constantly, even in the winter when the house is cooler. IT QUIT WORKING AT ALL in 2.5 yrs. Even then, when using a thermometer, it NEVER COOLED to the displayed temp. Ever. Always about 10 to 30 degrees higher.
Summary: I bought this unit and one side failed after about 3 months. The company was not that helpful. I am having to buy another unit (full price) and then use the shipping container from that unit to ship the defective unit back. SAVE your shipping container for at least a year!
