Summary: I'm less than impressed with this product. The graphics are not as good as the graphics in Zumba 2. I've been using Zumba 2 for months now and was pleased with it. I thought I'd add some new routines with the Core fitness but it seemed like a huge step down in graphics and overall use. Now I find myself avoiding it.
Summary: I like all the zumba wii games... except one big factor. that waistband? Yeah I HATE IT. it rides up within ONE song and then it doesn't score you properly. So I play without it (which allows for more movement and a better workout) and then of course I score a 0 and that's kind of annoying. Maybe future games should allow a scoreless play.. like the normal DVDs, which I like a LOT LOT LOT more.
Excerpt: I was looking forward to getting this game so that I could work on getting back in shape. The game does make you sweat but the music selection drove me crazy. Some of the moves are a little much for a beginner. But I will continue to work at it!
Summary: it is a wonderful work out but I feel like its impossible to dance and get good results without the belt or remote falling so I tend to just do it without the belt and get a bad score but it is still super fun
Not a good beginner's guide to zumba, poor quality graphics.

Summary: This is the beginning generation of movement based gameplay. It will work as long as you move the controller (no matter which way or how). Dance styles are not easily learned, as the computer goes to fast for you to fully grasp what they are doing. There is not much in the way of choices for music, most of it is latino based. Visual performance is very poor, mostly just lights flashing and a poor CGI background.
Summary: I've not done zumba before and found that the instructions were not always clear. All the dance steps are not in the instruction only the basics. For some workouts I couldn't follow what I needed to do. Workout was good in general.
The Dancing is Fun ... but there is no DIRECTION or INSTRUCTION at all!
29 January 2013
Summary: I love the dancing, the music is good, the graphics are fun ... but there are no instructions as to what steps will be coming or how to do them, so if you're starting from scratch (like me), it's impossible to keep up with the on screen character and so you can't have any fun because you're exasperated and have no idea what step will come next. It's less of a calorie burn than a temper burn.
Summary: It seems like it would really be a great workout, if I could keep up with the moves/steps. I am a beginner at using Zumba & this is really hard to catch! I've been able to do the low intensity without too much difficulty, but I can't keep up on a medium & I can't even imagine trying a high intensity!!
Summary: But not as good of a "core" workout that I was expecting. Fun and has some good music though. If you are looking for a great ab/core workout this is not really going to do that for you. It did make me work up a sweat on the songs I did do. Also, if you are not an experienced dancer, it is hard to follow and goes too quick from move to move. I thought I was could dance; however, after doing this, I realized I was not as good a dancer as I thought I was.
