Summary: OK so maybe I should have known - but I did not expect that this would not be a real video - it's like a cartoon. It makes it super hard to follow because it's not a real person doing the exercises but rather a computer generated figure…
Summary: I got this as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves the dancing part and it has proven to be quite a workout. The only problem with the product is that the belt that supposedly comes in the package was missing. The game came to us sealed in plastic and it clearly says on the package that a belt is included.
Summary: I am incredibly dissapointed with this tape especially for the price I paid ; there's no variety on any of the classes; you pretty much do the same thing over and over; each class might have one new dance routine, but that's it; if I do a cardio and/or core class, you end up doing the same steps to the same music.
Summary: I love dancing. But the tutorials move too quickly, and I've stopped using it because I wasn't able to pick up on the moves. The couple moves I did pick up (from the very first tutorial) were a lot of fun. The belt was great, I also have Wii Fit, and the running games drive me crazy because I have to hold the remote or stick it in my waistband, so I use the belt with the Wii Fit.
Summary: The moves will get you going but as a whole, I wasn't the biggest fan and after about 5 it became a dust collector. I have hips and the band would not sit properly. Once I started doing the moves the belt would start migrating up or twist around. Also, it didn't seem to have a lot of different modes so what you see when you first use it is what you get.
Summary: I was looking forward to getting fir the this Zumba for the Wii, however it must be said that it was a little disappointing. Having never done Zumba before I found it a struggle to keep up with the quick pace of the dance even when playing on the `beginner' mode. The game also assumes you can follow all the steps by looking at it once. Which is really not easy.
Summary: The motions are too quick to follow along even at the beginner level. The belt slides around and the wii remote tucked into the holder on the belt is not easy to remove when you need to use it which is frequent. It seems that at the beginner level all you need to do is keep moving regardless of whether you are following the same movements. One good thing about this is that you still get your heart rate going but you don't really learn the moves that well..
Summary: Very, very disappointing product. The instructor is portrayed as a 'heat source' (orangey glow) which makes it very difficult to see foot movements clearly and hard to follow. My daughter who does Zumba at local gym did not have as much difficulty, but only because she already knows the moves. The instructions start off too slow and overall too short. Maybe I'm being picky, but for a person who loves the wii found this a total let down.
