Summary: good way to exercise. I can use it any time. I can take a short class or long one. Fun and I can do this at home. Very convenient. It feels more like a game than exercise so it keeps me interested.
Summary: I expected the dancers to be like the Just Dance characters... based on real humans. Since there is a real woman on the cover, I didn't expect the kinda creepy looking avatars. I also have the DVDs of the real dancers and can see the resemblance to them. The music on the DVDs is better with fewer trumpet-based songs. However, it's still a good workout and gets the blood and sweat pumping.
Summary: I got this game for Christmas last year. As a New Year's resolution, I told myself that this was the year I was going to lose weight and be healthier and happier...probably what many people say to themselves and then never stick to it right? Well normally I would say that I was one who always said that and never did anything about it. This time was different though. The big inspiration for me to finally lose weight was losing my grandma last June.
Summary: I got this game a couple weeks ago. I've played it enough times now that I feel I can give a good review. This game is a really great workout! I've been exercising at a beginner level for about 2-3 months now and Zumba has really brought me to the next level. I have started to lose weight again after having leveled out for a while. (Lost 38 lbs or so before buying the game) and lost 4 lbs since buying it. It's exciting to see results once again.
Summary: I really enjoy Zumba, so I thought this game would only make me love Zumba even more. I was wrong. The game has it use for keeping you moving and exercising, but I must admit that I love Just Dance 3 more. So that's the one that usually ends up getting played the most. Plus, I don't really like the pauses in between each song.
Summary: I think that the game could use some more songs, I got sick of the same old songs, there were a lot of slow songs, which were not fun to work out too, there needed to be more up beat songs, and a handful of songs I actually knew, Over all it was fun for about the first month I had it, but now I am kind of sick of it, and need something different.
Summary: I should begin by saying that I LOVE Zumba and prefer working out in a live class. Having four kids at home, I often have to miss so was looking for something that I could do on my schedule (which may be late at night or in between running places. I tried a Zumba DVD set and after a few weeks got bored with it. Then I tried this for the wii and it has stuck. While I loved this, I wanted to wait some time and see if I stuck with it...
Summary: I have taken many classes in Zumba and wanted a tape that I could use at home that would be as exhilarating as a real class. I had purchased the "Zumba Join the Party" Fitness tape and have danced to it for about 6 months, got bored, and needed a new tape to supplement my knowledge of Zumba. I was also not satisfied with its graphics, (just a little above stick figurines) and it's limited number of levels.
Summary: This game is awesome. While it is easy to get 5 stars on the dances and receive a high score, it is obvious that this is not what the game is about. It;s about getting up and moving. I like the music a lot, and while I do wish there was some more mainstream songs I am very pleased with the game.
