Summary: Everything about the zumba 2 is pretty awesome. The songs are funner and hotter. The moves works every muscle and you can feel it so its not like its not working because it does. The dancer is a bit hard to see at times and if you havent been working out lately they have low intensity songs so you can start off slow. They tell you how many calories you burn and they track your progress. I love zumba fitness 2.
Summary: I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago, but felt I needed to update. This Zumba game is kicking my butt! The last few weeks I had actually gained a few pounds, but my clothes are getting looser and looser! I'm only doing it 3 times a week, but I have definately seen results. And after only a month. It is so much fun, I know I will stick with it. Highly recommend!

I would have liked the first version but couldn't find it, so I felt a little behind when starting this version but caught on quickly. This comes highly recommended, no matter your size.
Summary: Everyone in the family loves this one and the Dance game. I'd probably pick up a Dance title before the Zumba because the songs will be a little more familiar and they are gently censored on behalf of the kids that might be playing. Still, Zumba is a lot of fun and a great way to burn up some calories in your living room. There are some helpful instructions for learning the moves that you can walk through before you take on a routine.
Summary: After 1 month of following the diet (mostly) and about 200 minutes a week of Zumba I lost 10 pounds and 2 dress sizes. I was worried about an exercise program as I'm 51 and have had back surgery, but Zumba has been less stressful than my old weight training or elliptical program. After 2 months 20 pounds and 3 dress sizes. At 3 months the weight loss is not as rapid, but I think the difference is in muscle tone because I lost 6" in my waist, and 7" in my hips.
