Summary: I was looking for more ways to use my Wii so thought I would give Yoga a try...Not worth it. This was not a good fit for me because it was choppy (from move to move), didn't give enough description as to the next movement so that you had to try to see the screen at all times (hard to do a downward dog & watch the screen). There are much better Yoga videos out there.

Summary: A third-person horror game, "Alan Wake" delivers an interesting narrative alongside a reasonably standard set of game mechanics. The game's protagonist is the eponymous Alan Wake, a horror writer on vacation in the small town of Bright Falls, Washington. Shortly after arriving, the unnatural - or supernatural - nature of the town becomes more and more evident as Wake discovers that the contents of his book and his writings are coming true.
Summary: The only complaint my wife has about this game is the lack of instruction. Not explanation of the positions cause you can get it in the training mode, but during the routines there is no talking. So she is having to look at the screen to see when the person changes and what position to go to.
Summary: I bought this for my husband who was using the Wii fit yoga stretches to help him with a sore back. I thought this would give him more exercises to choose from and enhance his fitness as he devloped yoga skills. It didn't fill that need as it really is intended more for at home use by someone who already does yoga not for the novice learning it. If you already do yoga but can't make it to the gym, this is probably a better fit for you.
Summary: YOGA WII Este es un juego de yoga para la Wii, en el que nos enseñarán distintas posturas de yoga, y podremos aprender algo más sobre esta disciplina milenaria. ¿CÓMO SE JUEGA? El modo de juego es bastante sencillo, aunque luego en cuanto a jugabilidad tenga una serie de fallos para mi gusto, que más adelante os iré comentando. Para jugar es optativo el uso de la balance board. En caso de tenerla, podemos seleccionar si jugar con ella al realizar una serie de posturas.
Pros: hacer yoga
Cons: no es eficiente en cuanto al tiempo que hay que dedicarle, podría tener más contenido
