Summary: Its a great RPG, and it has many hours of gameplay before you can finish it, the story is OK, its worth it if you still have a Wii (or a Wii U), my only issue is the price, its too much, but i guess this is a rare enough game, that it costs more than newer games.
A bold, but flawed, vision of what JRPGs can achieve

Summary: Xenoblade Chronicles has easily been the most well-received Japanese RPG on consoles since the modern Persona games helped to send off the PlayStation 2, and its not hard to see why. In an age where critics and fans alike decry the stifling linearity of Final Fantasy XIII and celebrate the vastness of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, it seems as though this game was designed to bridge the gap that lies between the two approaches.
Summary: the game takes a while to learn but you get the hang of it. the game is filled with enough character emotion enough to almost make me cry at some points. soundtrack it phenomenal as well as the scenery in the game.
Summary: 9.5/10 2nd best game on the wii (hard to beat mario galaxy) one of my favorite rpgs in a very long time and a game that shows that jrpgs can still be relevant. Pros: immense immersive story world/universe Unique characters Cool weopans and equipment Unique battle system great jrpg evolution Great voice acting Minimal grinding required Tons to do! Took me 75 hours and hitting up only portion of quests Not a sequal! Rare these days.
Unique, plot-heavy, emotional, but a bit too dragged-out.

Summary: Getting this game was a no-brainer for me when I finally picked up a Wii console. I had only recently played the Xenosaga series made by the same team, and I loved that story so much, I now rank it above all my nostalgic childhood favorites. This game too is amazing in similar aspects. However, the one and only major problem I had with the Xenosaga series is also present in this game, to a much greater extent. But first, the good aspects.
Summary: As one of the people who signed that petition and pre-ordered it, I'm so glad this game came out! Xenoblade is an amazing game. It's not perfect by any stretch but it does so many things right. The environments are amazing. The areas you explore are huge and rendered in great detail. Whole sections stretch for miles all around with barely any noticeable loading or graphical pop-ins as you move around. The grass, the bushes and the trees all sway in the breeze.
