Summary: Controls make this game not even playable. You are unable to use a classic control and is a waste of money. A majority of the game modes are gone as well. Huge waste of money and disappointing.
Summary: When I received my son SMACK DOWN vs RAW CD it was so scratched up until it was pathetic. The quality of their product is aweful. I can't believe they would sell a product that's in such poor shape that it can't even be enjoyed.
Summary: Alright, this game is an insult for the smackdown vs. raw franchise!! But lets look at the pros! Pros: - Now cons: The game has 4 match types and the k.o match type made NO SINCE because all you do is do your finisher which is a automatic k.o! The graphics are terrible! the graphics look like plastic action figures! the 24/7 or "main event" mode sucks cause there is no cut scenes, you can compete for any title belts, and you can only face 2 people! It's just cut and dry.
Summary: This game is trash. You only have 5 matches to choose from:single, tag team,hardcore,3 way & knockout. The hardcore matches are the worst because you only have 2 chairs to use. The career/story is so easy to beat/finish. I mean I beaten it 15 times. The wrestlers in this version of SVR08 are wimps. They only last like 6 to 7 minutes. The only way to make the mathces longer is to have a 3 way bout.
Summary: If you're a fan of either wrestling or videogames, look elsewhere, because this will dissatisfy you on both fronts. If you're a fan of neither, you're lucky, as you will be spared from playing this mess. The Smackdown Vs. Raw games on other game consoles offer a large variety of gameplay and match options. The Wii version does not, but it comes with something the rest of them don't have: unresponsive controls.
Summary: Ok um featuring ECW...? Um yea sure. So many things wrong I don't know where to start. ok I went online to look up some codes or something because the game just seemed to lack....EVERYTHING. I wanted to know how to go backstage? How to find tables, fire , barbwire bats, regular bats...anything besides two chairs which are offered ONLY in Hardcore matches and are just lying outside the ring. The codes I found had to deal with GM mode, 24/7 mode and some shop or store..
Summary: Originally I was thinking as I played this, and read pre-hand reviews, "Wii users get screwed over", and after playing the Xbox360 version, I can definitely confirm this. With each vast step forward the WWE seems to take with regards to its new games, they always manage to slip up when entering the realm of next gen consoles and totally fumble, but this time it's inexcusable.
