Question: Can I sue this as an actual fitness regime?

  • Re: Can I sue this as an actual fitness regime?

It gets better as you get more stuff unlocked, so that you'll have a better selection to craete a routine around. If you're a newbie to fitness, extremely overweight, or one who hates gyms for whatever reason, then the Wii Fit is a good start. After all, doing something for your health is better than doing nothing! And with a Wii Fit, you don't have to worry about people staring at you, poking fun at you, or making you feel self-conscious and wanting to quit.

I agree with hasters, the aerobics can make you work up a sweat, and it gets your heart rate up. Strength training will help get your muscles stronger, and muscle burns fat, so those are good too. Heck, any of it is good as I said - better than nothing. Yoga is great to de-stress, the balance games are fun, etc.

absolutely. If you do the aerobics, and do the same one several times, you will definitely work up a "sweat". I do the advanced step one. It's not hard you just need to keep moving.

yes, sort of... nothing beats a real exercise, but the Wii Fit can be a good substitute if you haven't got the time
