Summary: Tired of your old routine? This is the Best Program Ever. Whatever you like to do from yoga, dance, step, baseball, balancing, bowling and much much more. You can even create your own routine. What more could you ask for? Set the pace and off you go! Want results?
Summary: My six-year old loves this. I like that you can track your progress... even if you don't use all the exercises. I'm looking forward to seeing what else you can do with the balance board + games. As far as the exercises go, they are fun, easy, and low impact. Not for hard core exercise, but fun...
Pros: Good incentives to exercise, good usage tracking - lets you know how long it has been since you used it, good selection of games, muscle toning, aerobics, and yoga. Good options for setting a custom workout.
Cons: need a streamlined version that allows skipping of tips and stuff that causes a 30 minute workout to become 45 minutes.
I have a love/hate relationship with my Wii Fit Plus that changes daily!

Summary: We've been enjoying our Wii for almost a year, but had gotten lazy with some of the sports and were playing several of them while sitting down. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that you're not getting much benefit from doing that.
Summary: I love being able to get some exercise in even when the weather is bad. Even when I belonged to a gym, I had to make time to get there and back home, and when the roads were bad/dangerous due to weather conditions, I can still work out here at home. I combine this with my home pilates workouts.
Summary: I love the Wii Fit Plus game package. The balance board was easy to use and the sports game included is fun to play. This gaming package will help beginners get up off the couch and participate in some exercising but it isn't for anyone more advance than that.
Summary: I think if you have a Wii already and are planning on keeping it, then this is a nice addition. It weighs you, gives your Body Mass Index. It has many games to play, some are really fun. My only problem is that the Wii does not have good graphics nor does it even offer true HD.
