Summary: My 6 year old loves this game and he can be quite picky. It helps he always enjoyed the book too. I as a parent appreciate the fact that its pretty harmless- no killing or shooting a bad guy. Basically Max running through a wild forest swatting bees and climbing vines. It's refreshing and he loves it when he makes it far enough along to interact with the wild things. They even cheer him on.
Summary: I love the book and movie, and I did like this game. It is not terribly difficult. I think it is more of a children's game than a game for adults. In terms of general gaming, if you're not into the book, then pass on this game. As a game, it's not fantastic except for the theme.
Summary: I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this Wii game, I loved the book as a child and never saw the movie. Well, glad I took a chance because the game is awesome! The graphics are amazing, it's so much fun to play - Max gets to fly around on these feathers, fly up on heat vents, climb around after the wild things and so much more. We couldn't stop playing once we started until it was time for bed!
