Summary: ...for my 9-year old niece. She loved it, so it's a good gift for younger kids. Not only is it fun, but it also helps them build spelling and vocabulary. I played along with the TV version as a kid, but this is a good alternative.
Summary: My husband and I play this game frequently and enjoy it; however, it does have a few really annoying flaws. We like this game because it's very similar to the show with Vanna & Pat. We love the easy operation of the game being that you only have to hit B and wave the wiimote to spin. We also like that you can win new level backgrounds that are really neat. We play this game frequently and I can say that we've never had a repeat puzzle and that is a REALLY nice feature.
Summary: I bought this during a black friday sale for $15. I've played several versions since I was younger, and this one would be one of the better versions but it's not the greatest. A few things I like: Its one of the closer versions to the show Its one of the only ones I've seen to have the toss up puzzles Some things I don't: Prizes: Some are flat out dumb like Handprints for $1,000 Some of the versions I've played have videos of the prize alot like what you see on tv.
Summary: If you're into Wheel Of Fortune, then this game is for you. I've enjoyed playing it with the family. It does have Pat and Vanna in the game and there are many puzzles. My only concerns with this game is that I have seen a couple of puzzles repeated. It would be nice if the Wii had a keypad or keyboard to type the letters instead of using the Wii d-pad. Thankfully though, if you choose to solve the puzzle, it gives you plenty of time to type it in.
Pros: Just like the show, Mini games, Many Puzzles
Cons: Have seen a couple of repeats, Needs keypad feature
Summary: We bought this game for our small family, one 8 year old at Christmas. It is lots of fun as long as you don't mind skipping all the introductions to each section of the game. It's great for our daughter's age to try and guess the words. A wonderful family game for everyone.
Summary: The game is fun, just like being on the show. The Wii Speak works well, if you have it a few feet from you. As a result, we have the mic dragged across the Family Room to use it. Be careful, any excess talking will foul it up. That said, the game is fun. The kids and adults have a blast playing it.
Summary: can anyone please tell me how to add a remote??? I went to players and held my second remote up and hit the 1 & 2 buttons simotaneously like every other game and nothing happens...I held it for several minutes..my remote is working fine I tested it on my other games..could there be something wrong with the game?
Summary: I purchased this game with my 80+ year old parents in mind. They love Wheel of Fortune when it is on TV. This game is pretty close to the TV program especially with the use of Pat Sajak's voice. The one thing I don't like is being referred to as player 1, 2, or 3. With all the programing available, I'm surprised they can't have the players sign in with their names. I got this game a little cheaper when they were running a special.
