  • Summary: Wario Land: Shake It! is a nice platforming game with great graphics & animation. The gameplay is your old school 2D platforming game, nothing that you have not seen before. The difficulty levels are challenging but not overwhelming so thats a plus point. Overall, a short & sweet game.

Great Wii Game

Valerie C., Newegg
20 April 2009
  • Summary: I played through it pretty quickly, but overall a purchase I am proud of. Probably should've rented it a couple of times, instead of buying, seeing how quickly I played through it. I'd buy it used since there are so many used one's out there.
  • Pros: Like a lot of the other Wario Games (like Gameboy). I was new to Wii, and Wario was a great starter game. I loved it.
  • Cons: None

Wario Land

Scott H., Newegg

  • Pros: Fantastic 2D side scroller. If you like classic side scrollers and you own a wii this is a game for you. All the levels can be beaten in a short time, but there are missions and treasures to go back and find. Some of the missions will require you to practice a level over and over again to succeed...
  • Cons: The gameplay is not in widescreen.

  • Summary: This game is rendered beautifully in meticulous 2D hand-drawn graphics - a rare thing these days. Wario, a ridiculous-looking anti-hero to Mario, stars in this traditional side-scrolling platform adventure where he crosses treacherous chasms and frisks enemies to find a bottomless coin sack that...
