Summary: I love this game! I have no idea what anyone is talking about with the small font. I am glad that I purchased it in spite of bad reviews. We sit about 15 feet from the tv, and even with it not being hi-def, my husband and I can clearly read the print! Great for anyone who loves trivia.
Summary: I can't lie, I do enjoy playing this game with my wife on occasion even though it has its shortcomings. The maps\geography parts would be my personal top offender, but those have been covered by other reviews in better detail. The movie trivia option is dense with Japanese film references. It gives you the impression that it is heavily influenced by, or possibly written in Japan, and then ported to the US. Standard mode is the only way we play in my house.
Summary: This is your classic Trivial Pursuit games with clever options to make the game faster (there is a "classic" mode, too) and allows people to "buy" tiles (providing they have enough points earned) from time to time. This was a good idea for people -- especially kids -- who may struggle with a topic or two, but still want to have a chance at the game. If I were to have rated this after our first 3 plays, I would have given it 4 stars.
