Summary: Let me start out this review by saying that I am a huge fan of Toy Story and the movies and games based on the films are huge parts of my childhood! When I went to Disney World a few years ago, I went on the Toy Story Mania ride and...it was freaking awesome 4-D action! So, I was intrigued by the port of the ride (a port of a ride? What next?) released for Wii and...it was not worth $50 (I know it is $20 now, but I bought at release).
Summary: I bought this for my 5 year old daughter. The games are all very similar, and not all that exciting. Several of the games require excessive waving that caused a lot of wrist fatigue and aching in both my 5 year old and myself. The marker used by the wii remote for shooting is kind of slow and sluggish, and doesn't seem to respond well to moving around on the screen.
Maybe fun for kids, but otherwise do not recommend

Summary: This game MIGHT be fun for younger children, but I do not recommend this game for anyone age 13 or above. or if it costs more than $10. It is easy to get a hang of, but the challenges are TOO easy. Plus, they come with these cheap 3D glasses that are inconvenient to use. I don't think it does the Toy Story Mania ride at California Adventure any justice.
Summary: I read all the reviews before purchasing, and I was somewhat won over by those reviewers who said their kids enjoyed this game. I can't agree. I have a 3- and a 7-year-old who both really LOVE playing Wii. They couldn't care less for this game. As an adult, I find it hard to begin play. The grabby-claw is difficult to use and, as there are no real indications as to what games can be found in which areas, there is a LOT of trial and error involved.
Summary: I purchased this because it got a lot of good reviews, and I agree with most of the things said in the other reviews. It is fun, the graphics are great, it is very much like the ride at the park. But it is way over priced. Me and my 4 year old went through the entire game in less than an hour and I was completely floored that it was over. That's it? That's what I paid nearly $50 for? Are you kidding me?!
Summary: I got this game for my kids last weekend. We finished in a couple of hours. The shooting gallery is pretty well done, it reminds me of the ride at Disneyland. Other then that, well... there is no other then that. The "Story" mode has no story, none at all, you just go gallery to gallery. The 3-D is non-existent, the games look much better with the glasses off. They didn't take advantage of the motion controller.
Summary: I was excited when I heard that this game was coming out because I enjoyed the attraction at Disney World and I love most things that are DIsney related. The game is made up of a series of mini games similar to the ride. The game/save feature is somewhat difficult to navigate at first and may frustrate some children. I was able to complete the mini games in about an hour. I haven't unlocked all of the hidden games and need to figure out how to do so at a later point.
Summary: I love Toy Story, but this is so boring and really difficult to work out. You can't just go in and start playing, it's really not easy to understand and it's mostly shooting and after a while that becomes a little bit boring. I play Toy Story 3 all the time on my Wii but this I have played twice I think, not pleased with it at all.
