Summary: This was not at all what I expected, was looking for a way to learn how to play pool as if I knew how to, rather than just blind luck, (slop). I did not realize that it would be on a competition level, and could not even get a shot without some sort of foul, which I do not understand.
Summary: my letter onlinefor review. It would be nice if the nomenclature revealed that before one buys it. > Nothing was even hinted at that you would not be able to compete against > other friends and family. There are no female players either.
Summary: This is a very user unfriendly game. Do not buy this for your kids; they will not enjoy it. Only dedicated pool enthusiasts could get something out of this, but I suspect even they would find the awkward interface frustrating.
Need better instructions or a 12-year-old to figure it out
10 November 2009
Summary: I couldn't figure out how to play the game. It is not clear how to select the ball that you want to target AND then actually make the corresponding shot. I had to wait until my 12 year old nephew came to visit, and he figured it out for me. The problem was that I had lost interest by then.
Summary: The learning curve is too high on this game. Takes way to long to figure it out and the instructions aren't very helpful. Went back to playing pool on the wii Play disc. Does it need to be this difficult?
Summary: Why in the world don't they let you point at a target ball and identify it. Often it is impossible to tell what ball is what...even the colors don't help. The people are drawn poorly. Haven't yet been able to pick up the cue ball and move it...maybe I am missing something.
