Summary: With an interactive system like the Wii, I was very excited to find a "realistic" tennis game. Wii Sports Tennis is fun, but I was looking forward to playing a game as world-class tennis players. I've played previous versions of this game and have to say this one is disappointing.
Summary: I love the tennis that comes with Wii Sports - it's fun and easy. Unfortunately it is not a complete game. You can't play a full set, and don't have a choice of shots (like drop, etc). I was hoping that TopSpin3 was the answer. Sadly it is not.
Summary: Im so disappointed. Two of the main reasons i decided to buy Top Spin, was that amazon billed it as having online playability, and also billed it as having a player creator that allows you to make your own 'people' that look real. The wii version comes with neither. Also the tutorials are crap.
Excerpt: I bought this as I really enjoyed playing wii sports tennis that I got with my wii at xmas. Its played with the nun chuck and the wii remote. The trailers on you tube looked really interesting and the various reviews were a bit hit and miss so I thought I would try it for myself.
Summary: Too slow, unresponsive. When I play a game I actually want a challenge, when you hit the ball slightly to the right of the other player, he leaps sideways as the ball is going past him and misses what was in reality a very easy shot.
OK if you love tennis, but I'd stick to Wii Sports, not this!

Excerpt: "Top Spin 3 serves up real tennis on your Wii - Immerse yourself in the world of yop ranked professional tennis and come out swinging against the tour's best players on the world's most well known courts - Real tennis fun for everyone!" (Quoted from back of game).
Conclusion: Is anyone else slightly annoyed with the Wii - or is it just me? With the exception of two games (Wii fit and Zelda) it has been one huge disappointment after another, its still waiting for its Gears of War - the game that really defines it.
Conclusion: Okay, I am a big fan of tennis and of the Top Spin series in general having bought and played the last two on Xbox and Xbox 360. This latest addition doesnt make the transition to the Wii at all Im afraid to say.
