Summary: The first copy I got didn't work, and the seller was very willing to switch it for a new one - no questions asked. The game itself is pretty good. I play it with my boyfriend when we are back at his parents house (neither of us have Wiis). The co-op is fun to play, I don't know about the first person... never tried it.
"Splinter Cell For The Wii...Good Game or Bad Game?"
20 April 2009
Pros: This version presents a challenge when compared to the other games because of the fact that you have to use the wiimote to aim, you have to make the shot unlike how you can unrealisticly hold your aim perfectly in other versions.
Cons: There are alot of Glitches and there is no competitive multiplayer which is missed. And if you suck at aiming then you wont be able to shot anything in this because you really need to aim.
Summary: It's just like the any other Splinter Cell video game. Just using motion controls for the game can get a little annoying, especially when trying to aim a weapon for sticky cams etc. Other than that it's a fun game.
Summary: Why this game is rated M I don't know. It says there's blood, but there isn't. I must agree it is violent, but isn't that violent. Violence is the only bad thing in that game, and there are some games rated E for just violence. So I think it should have been rated T, and I hope thats not just my opinion.
Summary: Ok the game is great, story line, characters etc. just like the old splinter cell games. The graphics are like on ps2 previous versions, obvioulsy don`t expect them to match graphics from the version for xbox 360 The processor on the wii is totally different! I agree with the observations about the controls, this is a complex game to play with many controls and the whole idea of controlling the camera with the wiimote is not very good.
Summary: When I first heard that they were making a Splinter Cell game for the Wii, I was totally exited. But then I started thinking how the controls were gonna work and I started to get worried. Once I popped the game in, I was extremely surprised at how well the game worked. I thought that the controls would be real jumpy or unresponsive, but they worked great. The game itself is also well done. The enemies have great AI which was not too easy or too hard.
