A little like Metal Gear Solid but FPS rather than 3rd
9 January 2012
Summary: So this game is similar to Metal Gear Solid 3 (with a better story line than Metal Gear, and you fight aliens lol). Controls are unique and you can fully customize and calibrate the controller for your best shooting performance. Turning is perhaps the hardest thing to do on this game with the wii remote. However it doesn't distract from the game too much. I find the graphics quiet good for the wii. Storyline is alright pretty much run-of-the-mill stuff.
Summary: Let me start by saying I did not play this game online - only single player campaign. It is short! It took me 5 hours and 17 minutes to complete. While I consider myself an above average gamer, I'm sure hardcore gamers can do it faster on their first try. Once I beat the game, I unlocked the "unlimited ammo" and "one shot kill" cheats. So I decided to play another campaign and it took under 3 hours to complete.
Summary: Meh. I had high hopes for The Conduit - that it would be an outstanding shooter on the Wii that could compete with the heavy-hitting shooters on the Xbox 360 and PS3. Turns out this is not the case and The Conduit sinks to the level of just being a good shooter "for a Wii game". It's not the graphics that are the problem.
Summary: this is a great game, but only had one problem. a BIG problem. every level had a glitch. fusing weapons, fall through glitches, and of course, the lame spawn glitch. this is not going to happen in the second one.
Summary: Conduit is a good game at first, but the campaign was a little to short and I didn't find myself wrapped up in it. It's not one of those games you look forward too when you come home from work or school, just a way to kill time. Multiplayer also became old really fast; the immense amount of glitches(my least favourite being the rapid-fire Rocket Launcher glitch)got really old and I would often find myself getting ticked off.
Summary: high voltage announced the conduit to much fanfare, most of it coming from high voltage themselves; they built up the game to be the savior of the wii, a shooter blending the best parts of metroid corruption and perfect dark with cutting edge HD quality graphics that would push the wii in ways no other game had, all with the best FPS controls ever implemented on any system.
A game that I had been waiting for, turns out to be a major disappointment.

Summary: Two months. Thats how long I waited for this game. I was all hyped up, learning all about the story and just dying to play it. When the Conduit finally came out, I was the first one to get it (in fact I was the only one who got it) when I got home I started to play it and I died like fifty times in the first level because of the clunky controls. After six months of it just sitting on my shelf I decided to sell it to get money for my PS3.
Summary: This game is fun to play, but I wouldn't describe it as incredible. The story line is sort of blah, but the action is nice. I'm glad I purchased it, but I think there are better Wii games out there.
Summary: The single player mode is boring, so don't buy this game for it. Pros: The online play when all goes well is the best game I have ever played. Intuitive controls makes it easy to learn and easy to master. When you get a good game going it is tons of fun and I almost always lose track of time and inevitably sleep. Cons: The online play has major bugs and the cheating is out of control. 1.
