A wonderful improvement over the first Biggest Loser game.

Summary: I was looking for an exercise Wii game that would be challenging, keep me moving for 30 minutes at a time, and be attainable. I tried the Biggest Loser at my library, and it was a good challenge though there were annoying features (like how cooldown was separate and the twitchiness of the program.) You can read reviews on the first and see how annoying it was. So I bought this one, thinking at the least they'd keep the exercises. And they did.
Summary: This game was much more in-depth than I thought it would be! It includes tips, recipes, workouts, tracks your weight, everything! You get to choose out of a few of the past winners and the character will start out looking how they did, and lose weight with you along the game. You can play either with or without the WiiFit Board, you just have to enter your weight manually if you don't have the board. Love this game!!
Summary: Actually gives a diverse selection of workouts and it doesn't become boring after a few weeks. It took months for me to actually see everything it had to offer. Many options but limited flexibility on changing workout days. I hope they'll make another edition of this without "fixing" what isn't broken.
Summary: First the pros. Large variety of workouts to choose from so you don't end up don't the same workout over and over. Have been doing this for 3 weeks and have lost 5 lbs and 2". Have been trying to lose the stubborn 10 for about 6 months. Finally workout's that give the results I have been searching for. Love the character change from last Biggest Loser Game. Is fun to create yourself and be able to go in and adjust your own measurements.
Beginners...Don't Be Afraid! A Great Workout & Worth the Effort!

Summary: I wanted to write a review as a beginner and will update as I go. In less than two weeks I have lost 3 pounds. I am waiting to take my measurements. The first day to be honest I thought I'd made a huge mistake...BUT so glad that I continued on. The first day was the worst for me and I was sore for about three or four days afterward. This coming from someone who wasn't very active at all.
Summary: I use my Biggest Loser Challenge 5-6 times a week. The user can adjust number of times per week, intensity, and length of workout. I am challenged by the workouts and they are fun. There are other things to do, like lifestyle challenges. So far, I have lost almost ten pounds this month. Sometimes the cueing is a bit delayed, but overall, it is a great product.
