Summary: Obviously going to an actual gym would be optimal, but for a machine-less at home workout this is good. The only fault I have with it is there's not a lot of guidance on how to do some of the exercises originally. It's not a problem as you get used to them, but for beginners that would be helpful.
Summary: Very good personal workout program. Still a few glitches where it does not recognize that you are doing a few of the exercises. And Bob always seem to say that you had trouble with the full body workout regardless of how you scored.
