Summary: I consider myself in good shape. I am an ex ballroom dancer and have 2 young kids that I keep up after, and I just did the assessment for this game to find out what level I am at and it kicked my butt! I got through all of the levels and ended up starting at difficult per the games recommendations which I agree with. All I can say is WOW!!! I felt like I got a dose of the Biggest Loser campus and Bob Harper!!! Loved it!
Summary: This Wii video is just OK. While there are a lot of the same exercises you see on the show and that is helpful - there is a pre-set pace within the exercises so unless you are keeping exactly to that pace you continually receive the "below par...do better...etc." type comments from the trainer and unless you are keeping exactly to that pace the effort indicator doesn't show YOUR effort whether less or more than the preset.
Summary: Depends on what your looking 4. Good because it has exercises, menus, log progress, listings of calories in foods and how much you should eat to lose. I was expecting some kind of gaming challenges while learning about dieting but nothing like that. It is good for lots of info and logging your weight loss.
Like the workouts but using the Wii is frustrating

Summary: The exercises are great but the Wii platform is terrible. Many of the exercises use the remote and it doesn't register correctly so they act like you're quitting and give you a low score plus stop the exercise before it's time. Plus there is alot of wait time (to get water, to wait for game to reload, etc) with no choice to bypass. That's frustrating. I will continue to use the game for some of my exercise but I wouldn't buy it again.
Summary: This game was just the motivation that I needed. It gives exercises and recipes to aid in your weightloss journey. I wish that I had this game when I started my diet, it would have been so much easier right from the beginning.
Summary: I played the game for the first time this morning. A few things before you begin. (1) If you have a hard floor (like mine is hard wood with a carpet in the center), you will need a good yoga mat since you are on the floor on your knees in some moves. (2) Take your measurements before hand: Neck, Chest, Waist, Hips. You will enter these in after your fitness test. It only allows you to enter whole numbers so you have to round.
A must-have for fans of the TV show looking to lose a little weight themselves

Summary: One of the nice things about video games is that they let you experience things you otherwise couldn't. Most of us will never fly into outer space or face down a major league pitcher throwing 99 MPH. Similarly, most of us will never be invited to the real Biggest Loser Ranch for personal training sessions with Bob and Jillian. But this Wii fitness title comes remarkably close. The scenery in the game should be familiar with anyone who's seen the TV show.
Summary: This version is much like the first. Some of the same sayings, but a little updated so that they are not so repetitive. I love that you can have both Jillian and Bob, it is nice to have workouts with both. I was a little put off with the fact that the game is not able to play without the controller in hand. The music is not as repetitive either. The graphics have improved substantially and you can add your own touches to your avatar to make them look just like you.
Lose weight and have fun...this game is super fun!

Summary: How incredibly fun and awesome for everyone in the family. It keeps track of your input and works with you to lose weight, exercise, educate yourself about nutrition and cook. It was hysterical to walk in the room and see my 12 year old (who is slightly overweight)jumping around like a bean and loving it as she followed the monitor of the gameboy up on the shelf...and then her skinny minny friend has even more fun doing the same.
