Summary: I'm not a skinny girl, and I hate working out. I own 3 Biggest Loser videos, which I like doing. I heard about this "game" from a friend so I decided to try it out. I have to say, so far, I'm impressed! I like The Biggest Loser Challenge for a variety of reasons.
Summary: I run 4 miles a day and lift with free weights almost every day. I bought my girlfriend this game for her birthday, and personally I thought it was going to be a ripp-off. To my surprise I was wrong, I tried the game myself on the "Hard" setting and I am still sore 2 days later.
Summary: All I can say is if you are willing to give 20 min. a day 4 times a week to this it works. I have lost almost 15 lbs. in 4 weeks. It's tough in spots but overall not that difficult. Very happy with this product.
Summary: My wife and I bought this game a couple of days ago and all I can say is wow. We own Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus, Biggest Loser and Biggest loser challenge and this is the best of the 4. With calorie tracking and unique workouts for every1 it make for the perfect exercise game.
Hard to do some exercises with controller in your pocket!

Summary: I've been using this game for about 7 weeks. Most women's exercise pants do not have pockets. There are many exercises where you are asked to put the controller in your right (or left) pocket - and then you have to jump around and keep the controller in your pocket.

Summary: i love this video game!!! i want lose weight with out having to go to the gym and this is it!!! its a great work-out you really do break a sweat and it helps you, gives you tips. it helps you feel comfortable with the work-out!!! its at your pace and your time!!!
Summary: Fun game. It gives a great workout. And you have to exercise with them not watch haha. But has different times you can exercise if you want 20 mins to hour you pick. Gives tips and what to eat and not to eat. Fun game overall. No dislikes about this game.
Summary: I purchased this workout to help me in my journey to lose 120 pounds. In the two weeks I have done it, I have lost 8 pounds by doing this and watching what I eat. I like the fact that when you start, you do a complete body analysis measuring various parts of your body.
