Summary: I love this game. I work full time and have 2 young children and don't have time to work out. I am now able to get a vigorous workout in the comfort of my own home. Plus this game is really easy to follow! First workout I am looking forward to doing.
Summary: I love the recipes in the game and how it helps you count calories. I'm not a big fan of their exercises, I'll just stick to my DVDs. This game is great for recipes, calorie counting, and what foods are mandatory to eat.
Summary: There are some exercise routines but the programming sucks. The biggest complaint is that they don't say anything or have any type of audible sound to let you know when a routine has ended. Because of that you can't do some of the exercises properly because you have to keep your head in a position that you can watch the screen. Also the game does not always pick up the controller movements very well, you can be doing the exercise but it doesn't get registered.
Summary: I like that it changes it up on daily basis. You won't do the exact same exercises each day. It designs a program just for you. You weigh in weekly. You can go at your own pace. It does a pre-test to help determine where you should be. I highly recommend it!!!
Summary: I love the Biggest Loser game because my family and I are not that big but when we got into the game to start working out it makes you look at just what your eating. The exercises in there "really" make you sweat and its great! I wanted to buy the game because we are looking for a great workout that we can start to shed a little bit of pounds in our family.
