Summary: After losing a combined 35 lbs. with Wii Fit Plus, my wife and I decided it was time to shake things up a bit with a new fitness program. I've been using The Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii for about a week, now - thought I'd post my thoughts, since the reviews here helped me make the decision to buy it in the first place. I'm only an occasional watcher of the show, so fandom wasn't enough to motivate me.
Summary: I love this! I am a stay at home mom of 3 and because I chose to stay at home we don't have the extra money for me to go to the gym. I love being able to excercise at home. This game is great for that. You can actually compete like they do on the ranch on tv! Bob and Jillian as trainers with real excercises that make you sweat! Menu's of Diets! Tips galore! You can even keep using the game once you reach your goal! It helps you stay tone and healthy.
Summary: I do this game 4-5 nights a week, and have only been doing it for about 3 to 3.5 weeks, I love it! I have lost about 2.5 inches since starting the game. There are various challenges to do and what i like is that if the is a specific routine that i really liked doing that they chose for me i can save it and do it again later.
Summary: I love this game. I work full time and have 2 young children and don't have time to work out. I am now able to get a vigorous workout in the comfort of my own home. Plus this game is really easy to follow! First workout I am looking forward to doing.
Summary: I love the recipes in the game and how it helps you count calories. I'm not a big fan of their exercises, I'll just stick to my DVDs. This game is great for recipes, calorie counting, and what foods are mandatory to eat.
