Excellent Wii Workout!!!

Griss "Liss", amazon.co.uk
23 February 2010
  • Summary: I have tried/own most of the exericse/sports and work outs you can buy for the Wii and I have to admit this is now in my top two. (The other being EA sports). Like EA sports - it has various pre-set workouts you can do, or you can create your own workouts (which I like to do).

Enjoyable

Judith Mccafferty, amazon.co.uk
11 February 2010
  • Summary: After using EA Sports Active and the More Workouts I thought I would give this a whirl. It certainly targets muscles that Sports Active doesn't. I find the ab section in every workout good. The workouts are short but challenging, and if you do too well , then they bump you up a level next time.

HMV gift card in hand I trotted off to pick up The Biggest Loser, a game which I had heard good things about and at the sale price of £15 I wasn't spending any of...

tangoman1..., Ciao
12 January 2010
  • Excerpt: With the huge wave of fitness games being released on the Wii of late (much like the old video and dvd fitness releases used to be) it is now becomming more and more difficult to know which one is best suited to your needs.
  • Pros: Well designed, high intesity workout programme, good value for money, good game depth
  • Cons: Very intensive and maybe too much for those looking for casual fitness workouts
