Summary: Overall, I am very happy with this workout. I began my routine about six weeks ago, after having a rather sedentary lifestyle and wanting, primarily, to improve my conditioning and overall health.
Summary: First the pros. Large variety of workouts to choose from so you don't end up don't the same workout over and over. Have been doing this for 3 weeks and have lost 5 lbs and 2". Have been trying to lose the stubborn 10 for about 6 months.
Summary: The Biggest Loser Challenge Wii (2010) I will preface my remarks by noting that if I were only rating the quality of the workouts, I'd assign them three to four stars. But this isn't a fitness DVD; it's an interactive game, so there are other factors to consider.
Summary: You have so much flexibility with this DVD. You choose how long you want to workout, at what level and what you want to focus on. There are a variety of settings in which the work takes place and you can choose your trainer.
