Summary: I don't normally write reviews but thought I would for this particular item because I was really impressed with it. Like most people that are fairly body conscious I'm often looking for something new and fun to keep me motivated to work out and this does exactly that.
Excerpt: Bought this game on a whim one night at ASDA in my non stop quest to get fit! I had watched the television show a few times and knew the trainers on there were fierce, so thought this game might be the workout I needed.

Summary: This game is pretty good overall - does what it says on the box. I enjoy The Biggest Loser and some of the transformations have been amazing. Like a previous comment I'm not convinced of the accuracy of the Avatar it creates for you but that is irrelevant.
Summary: This is really good fun. It makes you feel like you are in the show they keep you going and you dont have to go at a pace that you dont want to. Its not a strenuous workout but builds up gradually which is great for people who do not do much exercise and this is a start off.
it's growing on me but I don't think it's something I would recommend to a friend

Summary: I thought this game would be great based on the reviews, but was very disappointed. The game is so slow, between every exercise you have to change the hand or pocket where the remote is, or move the balance board.
