Summary: i thought this biggist loser was great it does as a trainer would do and weighing you every week, give you advice on what you should eat.and gives you healthy recipes.and all sorts of exercise and challenges.i think its exellent
Summary: Overall I'm pleased with the game and have already started losing weight. My only criticisms are that the 'gentle' exercises are sometimes pretty tough, it doesn't always pick up the wii remote and some of the phrases the trainer uses are quite annoying. Also, it tells you to move the balance board out of the way sometimes but then you need it, so I just step off it and away from it rather than keep moving it about.
Summary: This is a great exercise game and the exercises work you much harder than Wii Fit. There is only one problem though. Despite the fact that I keep changing the settings to show that I don't have a stability ball I keep getting exercises in my routine that use one. If it hadn't been for this I would have given it 5 stars. It's still great at this price though and I suppose I could use the money I've saved on the game to buy one!!!
TBL Wii Game. Fun for all levels and more motivating that a repeated DVD
2 March 2011
Summary: I am enjoying this so much more than DVDs I have tried, I know it is a computer programme, but it does really encourage you to keep trying. Good for all levels, if you find Wii Fit Plus too easy this could be what you are looking for as the harder levels are quite challenging (at least they are for me !). But if you are new to fitness then the low levels will be fine for you too. Everyone has to start somewhere.
Summary: I've been using this game for approx 2 weeks now and am really enjoying it. The routines are always different and varied in what body/muscle groups you use and you can chose the intensity of the exercise and the time of the routine and if you want more, there are more activities/challenges you can do. I also like how you only have one weigh in per week as you can see how well you've done (or not done!
Summary: I love this! I do go to the gym but wanted something that I could also do at home. I love The Biggest Loser TV programmes and was so interested in purchasing this challenge. I find the workouts interesting and variable and with Bob/Gillian showing you each move it is also easy to follow. The ranges of effort will suit all fitness levels.
Summary: This is a great product that gives you different workouts every day from cardio thru yoga-type sessions. You do need to get past a couple of things that might put you off right up front. Firstly, to assess your fitness, the tests are quite gruelling and this put me off going back on to do my training the next day.
