  • Excerpt: "Advantages: Loose weight in the comfort of your own home. Disadvantages: None This is the other game I bought in a 2 for £30 in Argos at the beginning of the year, the other being Just Dance. I have been on a bit of a health kick since sometime last year and have gone a bit mad with fitness games and dvd's so I have a few to review! The Biggest Looser USA Version is a fab weight loss game, if you haven't got time to go to the gym due to work, ...
  • Pros: Helps you lose weight at home, encourages you to keep fit .
  • Cons: None .

  • Summary: I like the game it is great i like the challenges and its fun and i like that you can do it in the group. Although the game some times doesnt pick up your movement and you get told its your worst activity and you havent burnt alot of calories and they motivate you . If your towards the end of your work out and they say you not doing enough when you are it can be unmotivating for some. I just ignore it and carry on. I dont care long as it gets me moving .

Great for all the family

  • Summary: So, I had a gym membership until recently which I was using less and less, my reasons ranged from feeling too lethargic to make the effort to feeling akward next to the almost olympic running abilites of fellow gym members whilst I lumbered along with my dodgey knees, excess weight and blistering breathlessness.

  • Summary: The Biggest Loser I found was very good The workouts are more tougher than the last wii fitplus disc. Plus you have recipes if you want to try them.

  • Summary: Very challenging, enjoyable is perhaps not the right word, but never-the-less an excellent work out programme, very varied so not at all boring.

Brilliant game if you tweak it a bit!

  • Summary: I love this game! I have found that if I want to get a really good workout without too many interruptions which reduce my heart rate (such as using the Wii remote or balance board which slows the game down as you have to constantly switch from both devices before you can carry on exercising), I just make sure that I set it to "No Wii remote" and the game moves through the stations quickly while keeping my heart rate up and therefore burning more calories.

  • Summary: Wish this game had the flexibility of my all time favourite "Active". I haven't used it for long enough to lose any weight yet - watch this space.

Challenging

Karine, Amazon
28 June 2011
  • Summary: It's a great program. When your program fitness does not give you a routine to do, you can pick from a list of sets and 5 levels of intensity. You can also take part in the challenges just like in the tv shows. You can use the calorie count tool and really make it your weight loss assistant, with recipes and tips and advices. You can also add up the exercise you do outside of the game.

Amazing workout wii game!

Chester, amazon.co.uk
16 June 2011
  • Summary: I don't normally write reviews but thought I would for this particular item because I was really impressed with it. Like most people that are fairly body conscious I'm often looking for something new and fun to keep me motivated to work out and this does exactly that. However you do have to follow it closely to get results.
