Summary: The core of this game is its very comprehensive list of dozens and dozens of "Single Exercises", which are essentially old-school calisthenic exercises (i.e. exercises that don't use weights or equipment).
Summary: I was counting down the days until this game came out. I own EA Sports Active and many of the other titles but this one is really cool. If you like the show than you really will love this game. The game incorporates all the features you see on the show.

Summary: Want a workout like you see on the Biggest Loser show? Bob and Jillian are at the Biggest Loser Ranch just waiting to whip you into shape. I've always been a fan of the show, especially seeing the results.
Summary: I purchased this workout to help me in my journey to lose 120 pounds. In the two weeks I have done it, I have lost 8 pounds by doing this and watching what I eat. I like the fact that when you start, you do a complete body analysis measuring various parts of your body.
Summary: I consider myself in good shape. I am an ex ballroom dancer and have 2 young kids that I keep up after, and I just did the assessment for this game to find out what level I am at and it kicked my butt!
Summary: All I can say is if you are willing to give 20 min. a day 4 times a week to this it works. I have lost almost 15 lbs. in 4 weeks. It's tough in spots but overall not that difficult. Very happy with this product.
Summary: This is great. I like that you start with a fitness test to help pick the level you should be at. This was pretty realistic for me. The exercises are easy to learn. They get harder by adding a simple move rather than having to learn a whole new sequence of moves.
