Summary: I decided to buy this because I am a huge fan of the show and I also need to lose weight! We recently purchased a Wii so I thought this would be fun. The workouts are fun and easy to work into my busy schedule! And I do work up a sweat doing them. I would recommend it to anyone!!!
Summary: Terrible directions with the activities. If you are on the floor and can't see the TV, you have no idea when they changes moves or when they are finished. And, I need foam blocks to throw everytime he says "overweight Lova". Good grief!
Summary: For someone who doesn't make any exercise, it's a really good game to begin to make exercises. Exercices are simples and easy to do. The game offer many levels for beginners and advanced people and some challenges where you have to push your your maximum.
Summary: I love the Biggest Loser show and thought that the exercises in this program would be great. They are not. Unless I'm just not getting it, I don't seem to actually be on a program. I thought that each day on the "program" I'd get a different set of exercises.
Summary: Summary: Although the game has some minor glitches with graphics and options, it's a complete workout "game" that can work for someone who is just starting or even a seasoned athlete. Different choices of full body, upper, lower, yoga, etc.

Summary: Based on the amazon reviews, this sounded like a fun product and a good workout. After using it once, I already have 3 major problems with it. 1. It is quite hard to move the Wii remote arrow around the screen. It seems to move way too fast/far with a small movement of my wrist.
Summary: The price of this game goes higher and lower every couple of weeks. It's worth the lower price, but not the higher price. The workouts require a lot of space to play with the balance board, so I usually choose my own routine with the space I have.
Summary: If you bought the WII Fit for weight loss purposes thinking it was going to be a good workout and then was dissapointed (as I did) then this is the workout game for you! It is like having your own personal trainer in your living room.
Summary: Positives - 1) If you like the show it's fun to play along with the trainers. 2) You get to choose the length of time you want your "challenge" to last 3) There is a menu where you can choose if you want to do the program (a guided series of exercises, a calendar, a weight graph, diet suggestions, a...
