Summary: I'm not exactly sure if I am missing something or not, but I'm going to say that at least half these reviews are straight out lies, either that or there are multiple versions of the game. It's a shame because this game had the potential to be a ton of fun. To be fair.. Here is my pros and cons list. Pros: 1. The workouts are good old challenging calisthenics. Push ups, sits ups, planks, jumping jacks etc. You definitely work up a nice sweat. At least I do. Cons: 1.
Summary: First I want to start off by saying that I am so sad to give this game 1 star. It could have been so great. I have been faithfully using this program for over 3 weeks strait. I loved the exercises that it had me doing. They were easy enough to do and there was some challenge to some of them and I could feel them working muscles that I never use...it was good. (yes the comments from the trainers are repetitive but I didnt mind that). This game is just so FLAWED!!!!!
Summary: This product is so effective and convenient. It is fun to use when I do not feel like leaving the house to go to the gym. The tips and advice are relevant and helpful. Jillian and Bob are truly the best out there!
Summary: Nice smooth flow, not a lot of stopping and starting. I am not sure you really need the balance board,my husband worked out right next to me without it. I wish the people on the program moved with you to show your movements, rather than moving in sinc with each other. I thought it was a nice motivating game. It is right up there with WII fit plus, in some ways better!
Summary: Be prepared to seriously sweat the pounds away!! If you are serious about getting fit and losing weight, this game follows the TV show's intensity. This is NOT fun!! BUT YOU WILL LOSE SERIOUS WEIGHT!! Unlike Wii Fit which has fun balance games and freedom to choose your excersices. The Biggest Loser chooses the exercises for you and determines a set time for your workout based on your choices on How much you want to loose in a set amount of time.
Summary: I LOVE that this game actually works you out. The first time I tried it I was sore the next day, but I couldnt wait to go back for more. Bob and Jillian actually act like they do on the show!! I would recommend this game to anyone trying to tone up or lose weight!
Summary: After the fiasco that was Jillian Michaels 2009, I wasn't expecting much from this one. But I was pleasantly surprised. It's still pretty much a glorified exercise video, but there are a ton of exercises to choose from which will really make you sweat. One of the few things unique about this game is the recipe guide. Under the health and lifestyles section there is a section called Healthy Recipes.
It's Ok - lacks modifications and safety instructions

Summary: Got a good workout but as a former certified fitness trainer, there are no examples of modifying the exercises. Some of the exercises are not appropriate for some people. I knew how to modify the exercises to my fitness level. No safety instructions can also be hazardous. Generally, any fitness video or DVD you purchase has safety instructions as well as modifying the exercises to either increase of decrease the intensity.
