Summary: I love the biggest loser! It is just like being on the show! You pick a former contestant to be (as your avatar) and watch them lose weight as you lose weight. Bob and Jillian make you work out just as hard as they do on the show and it is quite the workout! If you want to exercise, go down in pant sizes, lose weight, and get into shape in the comfort of your own home, this is definitely the game for you.
Summary: there are so many negatives for this game... 1) no personalization; 2) you pay good money for the game and bust your butt working out, and you can still get voted off...you're the only one playing- how can you get voted off your own game?!?!; 3) workout clothes are not ideal for pockets (the game tells you to put the wiimote in your pocket for a lot of the exercises); 4) there's no music; 5) jillian isn't involved enough; 6) same 5 phrases by both trainers...
Summary: This is a much better, more intense workout than Wii Fit Plus and I go to it whenever I really want to workout. But it has some key problems. They didn't think thru the Wii integration and each segment has you constantly getting on and off the board, pausing to put the remote in the other hand or in your pocket.
Summary: I was really excited to use the Biggest Loser game for the Wii. I'm a fan of the show, as probably most people are who would consider purchasing this game. Since it included trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels as well as past contestants of the show, it had my attention from the beginning. My husband and I had purchased a few other Wii workout games at the same time to give them all a try and find the one that would work for us.
Summary: I like how it keeps records your workouts, foot intake, exercises and routines. It also has many food tips and different kinds of exercise event yoga. It has food menus and you can count your calorie intake.
Summary: I'm really enjoying the game so far so I'm not going to echo all the positive comments. One thing I would like to point out is that the calorie tracker is not at ALL correct. Worked out yesterday, did 56 minutes and burned 785 calories at 55% in my target heart rate zone, wearing a heart rate monitor (Polar F6). That's equivalent to what I'd burn in a cardio class at the gym. But much cheaper!
Summary: I'm no fitness guru, but I am well versed in fitness video games, my wife is trying to lose weight, and this "Game" doesn't cut it. I watched her do the exercises and at one point she stopped to adjust something and Bob (The Trainer) just kept right on going like she wasn't even there. She could have watched her character finish off the reps and gotten credit for losing the calories. C'mon people, is that what it's really about?
Summary: love this game i cma do this at home i bought it for a birthday gift it is really fun to do and my kids do it to and we love to do things together and i am over weigt and i think they will help me as much as i am helping them
Summary: I'm not exactly sure if I am missing something or not, but I'm going to say that at least half these reviews are straight out lies, either that or there are multiple versions of the game. It's a shame because this game had the potential to be a ton of fun. To be fair.. Here is my pros and cons list. Pros: 1. The workouts are good old challenging calisthenics. Push ups, sits ups, planks, jumping jacks etc. You definitely work up a nice sweat. At least I do. Cons: 1.
