I can say that if you want something that’s going to get on your case and push you hard, track your weight loss, or motivate you to keep coming back day after day, you should probably look elsewhere. The exercises are good enough to get you sweating, provided you can get yourself to play the game in the first place.

Cons: Little or no motivation to come back/continue with a daily routine, Poor graphics, The fact that they try to cut you to literal starvation levels of caloric intake, No physical recipe book included, Absurdly inaccurate tracking of calories burned, Sad attempt at standard weight loss tools – food diary, nonexistent weigh-in, The physical horror of the frighteningly obese unfortunates who presumably comprise the show’s “contestants”
