Horrible game!

Tom Wilkins, Amazon
26 November 2012
  • Summary: My son received this game from his uncle as a late birthday gift. He was 4 at the time & was excited to have a new Wii game to play. Excitement soon turned to frustration & tears as nothing seemed to work right with this game. Okay, maybe he was just too young for it. So, all the adults in the house took turns trying it to see if it was just a game for older kids/adults. Again, nothing seemed to work right.

Very disappointed!

Erica, Amazon

  • Summary: I was so excited to get this game after having a blast with both gamecube titles. I thought the games would be so much fun with the Wii's motion capabilities. They could only be more fun because of them, right? WRONG! This game is the single worst implementation of the Wii's motion features that I have ever seen. The games are ridiculously hard to get the hang of and the motion controls are the culprits.

  • Summary: I purchased this game for my young daughter and I, but the games are beyond her ability level-- almost beyond my ability level! The objects in the games are very difficult to control, some games are almost impossible to play. I thought this looked like a cute and fun game to buy, but it has been VERY frustrating to play. I would return or exchange it if I could -- unfortunately I can't.

  • Summary: Purchased this game for our 4 and 7 yr old kids and some of the games are too difficult for them and sometimes us as parents. The kids still enjoy playing and we recommend the game, but just know it's a skill level higher than a 4yr old.

5 star ratings saying 'but yah, the mini games suck'

Nicnac, Amazon
16 November 2007
  • Summary: Like a few of the poor comments, a lot of people will buy this game thinking they're getting a lot with the 50 mini games. One can't dismiss this in a review stating that 1 or 2 or 5 of the mini games are fun, therefore justifying a 5-star rating. Sega needed to make 10 of these mini games exceptional, dump the other 40 early in development, and then spend the rest of the time tweaking the main game. Then, this package would deserve 5 stars.
