Excerpt: Super Mario Galaxy 2 is one of the biggest releases for the video game industry. Families that enjoyed Super Mario Galaxy will naturally take an interest in Super Mario Galaxy 2. Let me start off by telling all ya’ll that this sequel is more difficult than the first. Nintendo put a lot more Mario content into this game, and much of it is harder than the original. Yoshi headlines the additions to this Wii game. There are some different new power ups.
Excerpt: The most obvious aspect of Galaxy 2 is that it is built completely off of the original Galaxy 's engine. Thus, instead of reinventing the wheel for their newest title, the development team was able to focus completely on making improvements and crafting the best game possible. Now, the level design is more focused, interesting, and varied than ever before — the best aspects of Galaxy have been amplified, the lesser portions revamped or tossed aside, and new gameplay...
Excerpt: Can a direct sequel to one of the best platformers of all time have the same impact as the original? Super Mario Galaxy was so different, so unique, so exquisitely made that it's without a doubt the best game on the Wii. So good, in fact, that the 9/10 I gave it back in November 2007 seems more than a little harsh. What can I say? I must have been suffering from game fatigue.
Conclusion: Super Mario Galaxy 2 nous convainc totalement.
Brilliant platformer a surefire hit for virtually all ages.

He fights enemies, but only those of the cartoonish, non-human variety and using whimsical attacks, such as ground pounds, spins, and special abilities that let him turn into a rolling boulder or use a dinosaur’s...
Summary: For me, when Nintendo released Super Mario 64 , it showed me that 3D platforming was the future. But, because of the camera and other control issues that had yet to be polished, I wasn't very excited for the future of 3D platforming from Nintendo. Mario's outing on the GameCube didn't do much to win me over, either.
