Stop Stress: A Day of Fury Wii Review

Console Obsession

  • Excerpt: If everyone became like the lead character of Stop Stress: A Day of Fury when they were feeling stressed out, we’d have a world where crazy people beat others up and smashed property in order to normalise their stress levels. Wait, on second thoughts isn’t the modern day world already like this? The story of the game is told with no dialogue, although it’s still rather entertaining in a zany sense, and each of these sequences are comic book like in their appearance.

Review: Stop Stress: A Day of Fury (Nintendo Wii)

Diehard GameFAN

  • Summary: Stop Stress: A Day of Fury is a great game idea that just couldn’t realize its full potential. Clunky controls, unbalanced gameplay, and a pitiful length plague this unfortunate title. For $8 you can download Wiiware and Virtual Console games that are not only more fun, but are lengthier as well. So if you want to release some aggression, go buy MadWorld instead. And don’t stress yourself with Stop Stress .

  • Summary: Annoying. Weird. Those are two words I found myself constantly repeating while playing Stop Stress: A Day of Fury . Promoted as a game where you demolish everything that annoys you, Abylight’s first-person rampage simulator may sound intriguing but ultimately ends up being as annoying as the things you’re told to destroy.
