cha97mich..., Ciao
4 August 2014
  • Excerpt: Step to the Beat is a very addictive fitness game for the Wii. It is a game that is out of print, so it is quite hard to get hold of a copy these days, and its not as well known as games like Wii fit, but its the most enjoyable fitness game I have ever played and a real shame its not more known and...
  • Pros: lots of fun, a good workout
  • Cons: tricky to find cheap copies of the game, hard going on knees and ankles

Okay; a bit boring; instructions in German

Constance Smith, amazon.co.uk
21 December 2013
  • Summary: Its okay but a bit boring - lack of variety, compared to Fit Plus. Also the music can be monotonous. Instructions in German. If you're choosing a keep fit game, get Fit Plus instead. if you're getting this for a game, then get something with a lot more variety.

Lifting your heels to the beat - not stepping.

Hazy Jane, Amazon
10 September 2011
  • Summary: I bought this game as part of rehab/physio exercise for a 6 year old after surgery, I needed something that involved a lot of stepping so this sounded perfect. Even though the title suggests you 'step' to the beat you actually lift your heels up and put them back down again..

Game with dance mat

Mr. R. Pink, amazon.co.uk
18 May 2010
  • Summary: I purchased this game with a "Competition Pro dance mat" after reading the review about using the balance board by just lifting your heels, I thought it would be better if I could lift my foot, so I went for the mat, the software worked with the hand controls and the balance board OK but the mat was...
