Summary: This game is bit shorter than the first, but I found that the controls are more intuitive and it was a blast to play. Spoiler (kinda - not a plot spoiler) below! spoiler: later in the game you get "force rage" and slow motion cut people in half. Fantastic.
Summary: The game arrived today. I finished playing Star Wars The Force Unleashed in December. I found that this game so far has better graphics and a different playing configuration then the original. Which I like but again since I only played for a few minutes I will have to adjust the new button configuration. I purchased the Wii version. I can say that one upgrade from the original game is that if you die it gives you the option while replay or quit.
Summary: Compared to the first, this one just can't cut it. Very choppy and glitches badly not to mention that they totally changed up the game play. The lightning force is very small and limited, attacking and throwing the light sabers is completely awful. They must have been in a hurry to release this sequel and it shows. Not nearly as much fun as the first.
Summary: Got this game to replace our old one that finally broke down. Now that we have a Wii, I decided to get it for the platform simply because it looks (& from what I've seen & read) like it was really made for the particular system.
Leaves something to be desired in the area of controls

Summary: At least for me, the developer's decision to emphasize special moves with the Wii-mote seems to ignore the potential of an accelerometer based Star Wars game. The Lightsaber is one of the most iconic weapons in sci-fi history and instead of getting to wield it, we are controlling a predefined set of special moves.
Summary: I loved the game! Even though the wii isn't as powerful a console as others out there, the game was very entertaining and high quality. I especially liked playing through the game a second time with all of my upgrades on a harder setting. If you played the first game, you'll enjoy the improvements they've made for the second edition.
