  • Summary: I love racing games and this is pretty fun. It looks cool and has fun music and everything. It is a bit hard to control and challenging but a lot of racing games are that way anyways! It's dirt cheap too! Why not?! I actually have it for PS2 also and probably paid MORE for it USED for my older system. Thought it would be pretty cool to own it for the Wii too. Sonic Riders came in the mail in perfect condition. You really can't beat the value!

  • Summary: This game is really difficult when using the classic wii remote style game play. Perhaps it's just me but I think racing games require an analog stick and this game was not compatible with the pro controller series. Luckily I have a Wii and a Wii U so I can hook up a GameCube controller. Using the controller it is far more fun and easier to play.

Good Sonic Game, Not The Best But Still Very Fun To Play And That's What Counts.

  • Summary: Like with past Sonic game you pretty much just race through entertaining levels to reach the goal though the storyline and new adaptions in gameplay controls is unique and fun. So for Sonic fans a good addition to the library and for new gamers to the series I'd say it's still worth a try you might get a kick out of how entertaining you find the game.

Good Game

  • Summary: I like this game, I am just not sure i like it on the Wii. I have this on both my PS2 and PS3 and they are so much easier to control then the boards on the Wii. I have a hard time controlling it which is a bit tough. I also have a hard time finding the side routes to jump ahead.

  • Summary: My son loves this game. He states it allows him to buy boards that he can use them to race in the game, giving him a better chance of winning. Not a violent game. Does not have levels...

Pretty good, but not as good.

The Snowman, Amazon

  • Summary: I bought this game thinking it would be similar to the original but I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, it's a really fun game but I have to use the Gamecube controller because the Wii controller, to me, is difficult to use. They also change it a little with the controls and the story mode seems even shorter than the original. It is still a fun game but it could have been made a bit more challenging and longer.

A fresh take on Sonic's signature speed

Amazon
2 September 2010
  • Summary: This game, I think, represents a step foreward for sonic in giving people what they want: speed. It is almost ironic that he did this on a hoverboard, and not on loop-the loops while running somewhere. Why does the fastest creature alive need a hoverboard? For a fresh challenge, and so his friends can join! Introduction aside, I'll get to the pro's and con's of this game, listed from most glaring and blatant to least. Pros: 1. graphics.
