Summary: This game is really difficult when using the classic wii remote style game play. Perhaps it's just me but I think racing games require an analog stick and this game was not compatible with the pro controller series. Luckily I have a Wii and a Wii U so I can hook up a GameCube controller. Using the controller it is far more fun and easier to play.
Summary: With time I came to like this game. While I still think the original is better, this one is still fun. There is a learning curve! Expect to do very poorly for the first week or so of playing as the controls take time to master. For young players this will be very frustrating. But eventually you will learn how to make turns correctly and steer. The controls are vastly different from the original GameCube Sonic Riders which is a bit disappointing.
Summary: I got this game and I immediately didn't know what was going on. I just thought I would figure it out as I went along. I played it for another hour or so and it was alright, but the turning and all the complicated controls were too, well, complicated. The only fun part is 2 player mode, and I played Atlantic City or whatever it is called with my sister for an hour, and we had a blast. So the big question...... Should you get this game???
Summary: Alright, you want to learn how to play this game on the Wii-mote, trust me on that. If you try to play with a GameCube controller you'll be bored to death. The learning curve is there but once you get into the grove of the game it's a blast. The gravity mechanic works pretty good and the racing tracks are pretty creative. This (IMO) is the only good installment in the "Sonic Riders" series.
Summary: the controls are unfinished, the sound is good but could be better, the storyline is impossible to beat by the time you reach the 3rd stage no matter what kind of controller you use (refer to the "broken" controls for a reason why) and if this game supports the gamecube controller, why can't the classic controler work as well? the characters use hoverboards.
Summary: I thought that for the most part, Sonic Riders ZG was pretty good. Although story mode was not the best, I really enjoyed the new gear features and tracks. Once again the story mode is split into Sonic and Babylon mode as you get to play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Jet, Wave, Storm, and actually Amy for one level. They controls get some getting used to but afterwards they get easier.
Summary: I'll make this short. I feel like SR0G is actually decent. although i admit if anyone paid more then 20$ for the game you won't be getting what you offered. but I paid 10$ for it so I don't feel at much of a loss. the game is very short and simple.. all you do is race. i beat the story in around 12 hours. but finishing up missions, gettin all the gear, and trying to master it in general will take some time if you guys are a completionist.
Summary: I bought this product for my 8 year old for Christmas. As I tried to play the game with my mother and had a difficult time. I thought it was just me so I let my daughter try it out and she had just as much of a hard time. Be careful when selecting the games, I would hate for anyone to purchase a game and be disappointed.
