Not for True Sonic Fans

Summary: I got Sonic Riders: zero Gravity because I liked the first one as an old school Sonic fan curious about the new hover board racing gameplay. Than I eventually ended up hating it for these reasons. For those who care, the story does make any sense.
Summary: I personally love Sonic, but this game was not very good. When I play games I expect to feel a thrill when I play or something called "Fun". I didn't feel either when I played this game. All you do is race on a hoverboard the whole time, which gets pretty boring after 15 minutes.
Summary: I, loving Sonic and racing games, could not wait to buy Sonic Riders Zero Gravity for less than $20. I thought, "It's too good to be true!" Well it is. When I first started to play the game, I found it fun, but after a while (like an hour), the game just did not make me want to play it more.
Summary: Man I wanted to like this game. I looked like some sort of F-Zero ripoff, and that was a good game. Right?!?!? Well this game falls short. The touchy and unresponsive controls are where the problem lies. The tutorials are confusing to say the least.
Summary: I bought this game for our family daughter 7, son 4 and us to play. It is hard! Kids can hardly play at all, and it is very difficult for my husband and I. It goes way to fast and the controls are all over the place. Save the money!
Summary: sonic riders is not a great game. i thought it would be cooler because it has sonic and everything...but it is sort of hard and there is not much tracks to race on. plus the music gets annoying. it is more fun 2 player, but, i was still disappointed. i would not recommend this item.
Summary: Bought this for my teenage son. In his words the controls are quite difficult to get used to (and he games a lot!), the story is quite short, and there isn't much of a multiplayer element. In essence he said it gets boring very quickly and the prequel was much better.
Too slow and frustrating to wholeheartedly recommend

Excerpt: For whatever reason, I've just never been much of a Sonic fan. I tried recommended Sonic games (for example, Sonic Rush) and just found it boring. Same with some of the 3D titles, such as Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for the GameCube.
Excerpt: Sonic riders: Zero Gravity is the latest adventure from to speed onto the wii. Durasticially changing the classic sonic format, 'Riders' see's our favourite hedgehog take to hoverboards and zoom around at high speeds.
