Summary: ...was so BORING! "Sonic Colors" = 8.9 "Sonic Generations" = 8.7 "Sonic Unleashed" = 8.0 The great category. "Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)" = 0.1 The terrible category. Sonic and the Secret Rings joins the 2006 waste of time being so boring and lame.
Excerpt: This was such a waste of money! I thought the game would get better as I played it, but it just sucked. When I went to trade it in to another store, they would only give me $2 for it, a complete waste of money!!!!
Summary: Play control was hard. Music and story line was horrible, this game was not fun at all and was really cheesy with the story boards and bad music. I loved playing Sonic when I was younger and looked forward to sharing this with my son but he was bored after about two minutes. Waste of money and time.
Summary: Horible game not well designed and not fun to play at all. tried it and disliked how it played for the Wii. Is in the trade in pile. Only got 3 bucks for it at gamecrazy trade-in but I did it anyway, beacuse it is that unplayable.
Summary: This game is horrid. The controls are unresoonsive. The story plain sucks. Sonic turned weird (He says "hell" to make him "cool.") Eggman isn't the enemy, and the party games are unresponsive back. Buy Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for Gamecube instead. It's way more fun.
irritating music, hard to control movement, scary for some kids

Summary: My daughter is a big Sonic video game fun, but this one is scary to her. The music is heavy duty rock and roll, and it is very difficult to maneuver Sonic. The graphics aren't anything outstanding, and some smaller kids might be afraid of the fire and music combined.
Summary: This game makes AWFUL use of the Wii's motion controls. I guess one could get used to it with practice but to me, if I can't get through the tutorials without screaming profanities in frustration, its just not a good game. Buy another Sonic game, this is one of the worst if not THE worst.
Summary: I've been playing sonic since the day he was first introduced to us Sega fans. He came with my first genisis and I've loved playing him ever since. Sonic and the secret rings was maybe the second game I had for my Wii. The system was new and had few games for it (funny it still is in the same boat).
Summary: If you are expecting anything like the old Sonic the Hedgehog that was played on a Sega Genesis, look elsewhere. I am new to Wii, and was looking for some familiar games from the past, and chose this one.
